Hello, and welcome to Digital Sky. My name is Miles Vaughn, Owner and President. Sixteen years ago, I worked for a security company and throughout my career there, I made friends with all of my customers and eventually gained networking access to all of their friends. I kept hearing complaints from these customers that really began to hit home because I knew I could help. Some of the complaints began like this:
I can never get a hold of the guy who I bought this from.
or,
I have left four messages with them and still haven't gotten a resolution for this.
or my personal favorite,
I forgot which guy I bought the computer from, but I know it wasn't the guy I got my alarm from. I just don't know.

I began small within my own home and now cover the entire New England region with a total of 400 customers. My mission is to treat every customer's home, business, or passion as though it was my own; in this way, I know I am providing a service that cannot be replicated.
